Skechers Flex Rubber Shoes

About 3 or 4 months ago, I was thinking about my health and it seems that I have been feeling some aches and pains in my muscles and joints due to my work and for sure because of my age as well. I'm quite thin but  have a sedentary lifestyle so I thought I should move and have some exercise.

One early morning, I brought along my dog for a walk in a nearby village for an hour or so and it was nice to smell fresh air, see the sun rise and to see lots of people jogging and walking. I was tired and achy the next day and I already assumed it will be that way for I have not been walking or doing some exercise for a long time.

I did the walking and jogging with my dog many times and I feel so much different afterwards. I even met some relatives and friends in the area so it's kinda fun.

Wearing a tennis shoes while walking is not that comfortable so I thought I'd buy a new one that has a good cushion while I walk and job.

Looked for rubber shoes at the mall and saw this Skechers Flex Rubber Shoes that is comfy and affordable as well so I bought it. It has 2 other colors (black with pink lace) but chose this navy with neon green shoe lace for Php3,395.00 at Robinson's Galleria in Ortigas.

Now, I have comfy rubber shoes while walking, jogging and aerobic exercises.

Garden Water Outdoor Fountains

During summer, we usually spend a lot of time outdoors. It's the time to breathe some fresh air by going out of town away from the city or if you opt to stay at home, do some gardening or just stay at your backyard.

One of the best place in our home is our front or backyard where trees, plants and flowers are planted. We can decorate our garden with water garden fountains to add some attraction. The sound of the running water can be also soothing when you want to relax outdoors.

Mac House Wine Lipstick

I bought another MAC lipstick few months ago at MOA. I was looking and trying out at various shades but can't seem to find the one that will suit my face.

My 1st MAC lipstick shade was the RUBY WOO that asked my friend to buy it for me when she went to the US,  like the shade because it was too red for my lips making my face a little bit "dark".

Anyway, I asked the saleslady to pick a shade for me and she suggested this MAC HOUSE WINE shade. I  tried it and it's more like of an everyday kind of lipstick nothing too dramatic so I bought it.

Love ...love the shade!
